Approach
I believe that education is a fundamental part of human development, and that the greatest and most important stage of this growth is at a young age where children are more acceptable to externalities that might lead them to an attraction to education or lead them away. This stage in their lives is where, I, as a teacher strive to motivate them to the right path of education. With this in mind, my classroom management philosophies are that not all students are the same and that some require more
