Fun Facts
I speak four languages and I am a big Lord of the Rings fan. I have two published books, one which one an award in New York Book Festival in 2011.
About Me
I have graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University in May 2017 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Psychology. During my junior year of college, I won a scholarship and studied abroad at Oxford University, England. I am currently working as a Research Analyst at the IMF and in addition to my full time job at the IMF, I enjoy teaching my high school student during weekends.
Experience
I have over five years of tutoring experience. I worked as part time tutor while I was a student at Oxford and Columbia. I currently teach high school students in Hong Kong via Skype and I love to see my students excel both academically and socially.
Approach
Learning can be a demanding process especially during high school years, where students' attention might be divided. I feel it is my responsibility to not only teach them the content of a specific course, but study skills that will help them be successful in all classes!
