English has always been my favorite subject! While it is not my field of study, as a business student I utilize these skills on a daily basis. I have excelled in all English and writing courses at a college leve,l as well as in AP English in High School.

I understand that skills such as time management, prioritization, and organization are not things that come naturally to everyone. However, I have personally benefitted from being taught specific techniques to improve these skills and have had a lot of success passing these techniques onto my students. As an intern at IBM who is currently working on three separate business units, I utilize these skills everyday and would love to help others finds as much success as I have.

I am a certified expert in Microsoft Excel and have gone through extensive training and testing within the subject area. I took an Excel focused course in Spring of 2018 and received an A. I also utilize the program daily in my internship.

I am a certified expert in the subject and have undergone extensive training and testing in the subject area. I also utilize the program on a very regular basis and have even been paid to create creative presentations for corporations.

Reading Comprehension Tutoring

Reading is something that I have always enjoyed doing. In an academic setting, I have excelled at reading comprehension courses dating back to AP English. Since then, I have taken courses at the college level such as "Reading as A Writer", "Writing Seminar", "Women's Writing", and "Poetry Analysis" that I have received A's in. All of these courses require a learned set of critical thinking techniques that provided me with the ability to comprehend the literature. I have had a great deal of success helping others better this skill set in the past and have even tutored students in my sections of the courses listed above.
