I love to read and write! I have my own blog in which I talk about life and the lessons I learn throughout it. I'm a huge pop culture enthusiast and in my free time I enjoy discovering new coffeeshops. Dogs, music, and concerts make my heart happy.

About Me

I've spent years cultivating my craft as a writer. I graduated with my B.A. in English with a focus in creative writing for Cal State, San Bernardino and my MA in Journalism at the University of Arizona. Not only have I studied writing, but I've worked for the City News Group newspaper which allowed me to use my talents and knowledge to write pieces on local events and news. I've also spent 5 years proofreading family, friends, and fellow classmates' essays.

I have spent the past 5 years proofreading papers and mentoring my college peers. I have both peer mentoring and tutoring experience. I have a B. A. from the California State University, San Bernardino in English and M.A. in journalism from the University of Arizona

Approach

During my time there, I had the opportunity to evaluate the different teaching styles of my professors and take a collection of education classes. I aim to take the good that I've learned and apply it to my tutoring opportunities. I learn best and enjoy my time in class when the instructor is engaging and patient. I offer those qualities. I provide students with the right resources so that they can take what they've learned and independently apply it to any task at hand.
