Fun Facts
Good day. One aspect of me that people tend to acknowledge of me is my utmost admiration for learning about politics and history. In addition, I am an avid reader and spend most of my time in the mysterious yet profound world of literature. Hopefully in the not so far future ahead, I will be able to administer my knowledge of politics and history in the real world through serving in Congress or working as a contributor on CNN and ABC News.
About Me
Currently I am a student at Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven, a small bustling town located just a few miles north of Atlanta. I am majoring in Political Science and History. Before my adventure to Oglethorpe, I was a student at Villa Rica High School. Throughout my years at VRHS, I always aspired to do my absolute best in everything I did. As a result of that hard work and dedication, I graduated in the top 5% of my class with a 4.4262 GPA.
Experience
During my years in high school, I was involved in numerous clubs and organizations whose utmost objective is to serve the community. I have always believed in giving back to those who gave so much for us. I instilled these values when I participated in charity cookouts for our first responders and hosting Social Studies tutoring sessions at my house for no charge. Frog Tutoring will allow me to continue helping our brightest minds of tomorrow.
Approach
As a student of higher education, I can absolutely understand the struggles and excruciation when it comes to that troubling question on an exam. Sometimes my mind goes blank and carries me nowhere on that question. If I am privileged to receive this occupation, I will ensure the students that I will advocate for them to the utmost extent and that their education will be enriched and informed. As a result, they can effectively become better stewards of society.

Political Science and History
Geography Tutoring
Throughout my years in high school, I have taken subjects that pertained significantly to geography. Geography is a fundamental aspect of learning, for it allows students to understand the various and exciting areas of the world and their respective locations. My admiration for geography is so great that back in middle school I won the Geography Bee for my school. My grades in geography based courses have always been As. In my free time, I tend to look at atlases and maps so that I know my surroundings not just in my community, but in the world as well.
Government Tutoring
Government holds a special place in my heart, for that is one of the fields in which I aspire to be part of after my collegiate education. In my senior year, I took government online dual enrollment at the University of West Georgia. During that time, the instructor had us do discussions with which we can collaborate with our peers on. I gave my advice on certain sectors of our government while my fellow classmates relayed theirs. After a rigorous final exam, I scored an A in the class.
History Tutoring
I love learning and teaching about history. I have had the utmost pleasure of tutoring my friends back in high school U.S. and World History, We stayed afterschool on Mondays and Wednesdays and at times, we had weekend showings. History was one of my strongest subjects, as I scored among the highest in my class on several instructor based and state wide examinations. History is important because perhaps the most important thing about history is that people make it when their aspirations become reality.
Writing Tutoring
Writing is fundamental to practically any occupation in the world today. It is how one presents him or herself when talking is not enough. My admiration for writing led me to take college English courses while in high school. My instructor assisted me in every opportunity, praising my work when it is good and critiquing it when it needs some fine tuned touches. I aim to bring that passion for writing when I am tutoring students.
AP History Tutoring
Not only is my admiration for history grand, the Advanced Placement portion is as well. I took both AP World and AP U.S. in high school. During classes, I liked to point out various moments in the historical time period we were studying and how it relates to the events of today. When we did projects, I did my absolute best to assist and work collaboratively with my friends on subjects pertaining to World Wars I and II as well as the French and Russian Revolutions.
English Tutoring
In my junior year, I took AP Lang and Am Literature Combined course. The class prepared me to the utmost extent in regards to writing clarity and distinction. We read some of the most powerful and enriching literary works scattered across American history and how their influence impacts us to this day. I helped my friends in understanding the texts and what ideas can come out from them.
