Fun Facts

I love reading, searching literature, listening to good music and teaching. Teaching students gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction. I never treat my students as their boston">tutor; I make friends with them which helps making our lessons more engaging and interactive.

About Me

I am very well qualified as a teacher because of my experience working as a teaching assistant for Undergraduate courses at Vinayaka Missions University and Adjunct professor at St. John's University. I have worked with Professors as well as camp directors to develop curricula that meets the needs of students.

I am pursuing my masters at St. John’s University, Queens, NY under Department of Biological science in Biological and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology. I have also completed a diploma course from Uppasala University, Sweden, Europe under the Department of pharmaceutical science in Pharmaceutical Bioinformatics. I did my undergrad from Vinayaka Missions University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology and being awarded with the Best student award by the university.

After my education, my unquenchable hunger of science led me to the research area. Where I got an opportunity to work with a great scientist on his great work on “effects of Moon on Man" and "Treatment of Leishmaniasis" . Further, I performed research on the “Treatment of Breast cancer by using enzyme Glutathione". Moving forward for more experience, I offered my services to a pharmaceutical industry. While working there, I performed a research on: Biodegradation of Cephalosporin by P. Putida". Currently I work as an Adjunct Professor and assist two scientists on their different researches.

My love towards teaching is just an output of my love towards science. I want to share my knowledge with the students and keep on learning new concepts while teaching them.
