Fun Facts

I'm into music (who isn't, I guess): classical music, popular music, folk music --- I play the piano (classical, popular) --- I write music for the piano (neo-classical)

About Me

see Fun Facts above

Experience

I'm a semi-retired college professor (math/physics), now for the past 16 years working part time (about 20 hours per week) as a Professional Tutor (math/physics --- college, high school)

Approach

In tutoring (math/physics), (a) I'm very patient, (b) I ask leading questions of the student, so as guide that student into discovering for himself/herself, as much as possible, that which is involved in understanding, and then solving, the problem at hand.
