Fun Facts
I grew up in Dalat, Vietnam during my childhood. I moved to Santa Barbara, California when I was 8. I love basketball and I'm currently in an IM basketball team at UCSB.
About Me
I'm studying Electrical Engineering at Santa Barbara City College. I'm transferring to Cal State Long Beach on the Fall of 2019. Currently I'm a Math Tutor at my school. I really enjoy helping others. My goal is to get a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
I am currently tutoring Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Calculus, Linear Algebra and Differential Equation at Santa Barbara City College.
Approach
My math professors has greatly influenced my tutoring approach. I weigh on my students strengths and weaknesses. As a tutor, I attempt to not give students the answers. Instead, I ask them questions as we work towards the solution and have them work out the problem themselves.

Calculus I Tutoring
I began tutoring Calculus I my second year at my community college. I was an in class tutor as well as a tutor for Extended Opportunity Programs and Services.
College Algebra Tutoring
I began tutoring College Algebra my senior year of high school and have continued throughout college. I was also a member of the math club.
Math Tutoring
I average a 93% grade on my math course at Santa Barbara City College. That goes from Pre-Calc through Differential Equation.
