About Me

I am a college student studying science/new-jersey/new-jersey">computer science with a minor in English. I've been on the Dean's list for two years! When I graduate I hope to spend my time working in nonprofits that help children and open my own network consulting firm.

Experience

I've been a tutor for over 6 years in multiple subjects. I have multiple students that j have been working for years on a weekly and daily basis. I love the confidence that children get when they are able to self study and truly understand concepts. To me, passing tests is not as valuable as the ability to self teach and understand one's own strengths in education .

Approach

As a child, I was a self starter. As the child of immigrants, I did not always have the resources at home to understand what I was being taught. This made me extremely resourceful in getting information and help to better enable my study habits. I understand many struggles that kids face when they simply don't understand something. My approach is recognizing those stops and working through them.
