Math should be a fun subject to teach or to learn. I try to teach people in a fun and easy way to understand the principle behind math. Math does not mean to be difficult!

Mandarin is my mother tongue. Learning Mandarin can be fun too!

About Me

I am a PhD graduating in pure math at the Graduate Center, CUNY. I have taught at Hunter College, Queens College, Guttman Community College, etc. I also have some high school and middle school teaching experiences. I tutor students for SAT, ACT, SHSAT, etc.

Experience

I have been teaching and tutoring math since 2010. Other than college level math teaching, I am familiar with students common misconception and mistakes. I have successfully tutored students getting into Hunter College High School and other high schools. I also help students prepare for SAT and ACT exams.

Approach

I was in gifted program through my k-12 and entered into college at age 15. Learning is fun for me and I believe that learning can be fun for everyone if it was approached right.
