I am a retired educator who spends her time Blogging and writing Poetry and watching my plants grow. I graduated from the louisville">University of Louisville and taught ten years in Jefferson County. I spent the last ten years subbing in a Pinellas County.

Experience

An experienced educator with over twenty years in education. A professional miami">tutor for Club Z both in Kentucky and Florida. I worked a few years as a reading teacher at The Louisville Community Center and Small Group leader Pinellas County.

Approach

I was an expert word caller and good reader. Learning came easy for me. I loved solving word problems and long division. I once thought that if I could go to school for the rest of my life and get paid this would be the life for me. As an adult learner I found the value of studying, even though tests were a pain for me. Basic reading and writing, now coding are essential skills for all children. Small group and individual learning works best for some.
