I am currently a graduate student studying astrophysics. One of the things that motivated me to pick astrophysics is my enthusiasm for science fiction and popular science. I also love playing basketball and rugby.

About Me

I am physics graduate student at the washington-university">George washington-university">Washington University. I got my bachelor's degree in Math in 2012 from Ave Maria University. I graduated with a 3.5 gpa. I would like to teach physics at the college level.

I am currently a teaching assistant at the washington-university">George washington-university">Washington University. I do a lot of one-on-one work with my students. Before becoming a graduate student, I was a math-middle-school/virginia/washington-dc">middle school math and science teacher. While I was an undergraduate, I worked for three years as a college level math and physics washington-dc">tutor.

I like to ask a lot of question and encourage my students to solve the problem themselves. If the student is really struggling, I will explain the problem to him or her and then encourage him or her to work through a similar problem.
