I love to be outdoors and active, especially if the ocean is involved! Beach volleyball and surfing with my friends is my favorite way to pass the time.

About Me

I am a Biology major, Chemistry and Mathematics double minor at Texas Christian University. I aspire to become a medical doctor.

Experience

I have tutored privately both in high school and throughout college. I have also worked for other tutoring companies throughout my college experience. Additionally, I am a Teaching Assistant for Introductory biology labs at TCU which has greatly improved my teaching skills.

Approach

I like to have the student briefly summarize what they have worked on and what issues they seem to be running into conceptually. This way we can focus our time on the biggest issues; however, I also try to push my students with spot checking and asking them to solve certain problems so I can see their thought process and have them practice recalling information as a simulation for their class exams.
