I'm a fresh graduate from TCU in Engineering. I love late night and early morning walks. One of my obsessions is good food and diverse cuisines and I'd love to one day travel and feed the world. Traveler. Explorer. Educator.

About Me

Fresh Graduate from Texas Christian University in Electrical Engineering. My plan is to be working in the power sector as an engineer. I went to TCU on a full scholarship, and am a published author, and was secretary/communications chair for ISA at TCU.

I have 2 years experience tutoring athletes at TCU's Academic Tutoring for Athletes in various subjects mainly in Physics and all levels of Calculus. The students I tutored showed significant improvement and confidence and eventually passed the courses with A's. I also routinely tutor my 2 cousins, aged 12 and 16, in all subjects they need. Tutoring is a fun pasttime for me, and it always pleases me to help someone overcome a problem that I once struggled with when I took the course!

Experience

I've tutored students ranging from middle/high school students, to senior college students especially in Science and Maths for 4 years through TCU Athletics Academic Center and FrogTutoring. I'm currently working as in the IT sector and look forward to helping students through subjects that I've personally recently overcome too!

Approach

I approach tutoring as a way to supplement what the students can actually accomplish by themselves. I believe that it's not just about getting the assignment done or passing a course, but about understanding concepts and deriving meaning. With this approach, the student is able to solve, not just that single problem, but any problem that may be assigned thereafter. This is not only a valuable skill in Mathematics, Physics but also in subjects such as Writing that require creative thinking!
