Fun Facts

I am researching to find a cure for Alzheimers disease at Texas Christian University currently. I am the president of the band service fraternity which is Kappa Kappa Psi. I enjoy tutoring as well. I have been in band since 6th grade and marching band since 9th grade and into college as well. On the side, I do volunteer where I can while spending time with my friends and family.

About Me

I am a Senior at Texas Christian University, I am 21 years old and from Burleson, Texas which is very close to Fort Worth, Texas. I am an only child and I plan on going to medical school in the near future after I finish my undergrad. Then I plan on continuing in medicine and opening my own medical practice.

Experience

I have two years of experience in tutoring. I am a dean's list student and a TCU scholar. I spend some of my time volunteering at my nearby hospital. I work a four hospitals currently which places my in an area of knowledge that many student never get to experience.

I have tutored many kids in high school but not through a service (it was on my own). I tutored in chemistry, math, statistics, biology, and music theory. I made a 5 on the music theory AP test and a 4 on the AP biology test.

Approach

I plan on accessing the person before I plan on how I will tutor them. I ask them how they will learn and if they do not know, they will definitely find out though this experience. Most of the time I answer any questions that they might have on the topic of their choice and then I ask them a series of questions that will probably end up on an exam and not something that is easy like book problems will be.
