Fun Facts
My favorite time is spending time with my family and friends, sight see in my beautiful city, play with my 2 cats and playing arts and craft with my nieces and nephews. I dream of the impossible and accomplishing it. Taking a trip cross country from Los Angeles to Massachusetts or speaking in Washington DC in front of thousands of people.
About Me
I am Mexican American. I was born and raised in San Francisco's Mission District. I am bilingual, speak Spanish and English, want to give back to my community that saw me grow up. I attended public schools in San Francisco which taught how to persevere and never give up. With shared experience I want to make sure students have the same opportunities like I had. I attended Hawthorne Elem., Horace Mann middle and graduated from Wallenberg high school. I attended Clark University in MA.
Experience
I have 6 years experience; tutored students in kinder through 6th grade, ages 5 years old till 13 years old. In various subjects including math, reading, language arts, social sciences, Spanish, pre-algebra.
Approach
I like giving back to my community. Making sure students have the same access to tutoring support as I did growing up in SF.
