About Me

I am an experienced educator who loves to help students both inside and outside of the classroom. I have been teaching US and World History for eight years at both the high school and middle school levels.

Experience

As an educator and tutor, I work to keep up with the latest historical skills and changes to the AP exams as well as within the world of history. I am a member of the National Council for Historical Education as well as active with other educational organizations that help me keep up with educational practices within the worlds of writing and history.

Approach

I am a big believer in student-centered learning. Every student can achieve great things and only need help and guidance. While historical education is a passion of mine, it is not the content or the methods but the students that matter the most.
