Fun Facts
Biology introduced me to lots of fieldwork/study. I found my favorite to be birdwatching! It is now one of my favorite hobbies.
About Me
I am about to graduate from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I love all science, and with early class, exploration fell in love with biology.
I focused my studies on organismal biology, evolution, and behavioral biology. Included in my major I also took other science classes such as Physics, Chemistry, and Environmental Sciences, along with general biology. While taking these classes I made the Dean's list multiple times
Experience
I have provided help to peers, relatives, and friends.
Approach
Throughout my schooling, I have preferred learning through lectures rather than learning by reading. Although both have their benefits, I always appreciated a teacher giving me a different perspective than the book. I believe that if a student is struggling with the material, they need it taught from a different perspective.
