One thing people quickly learn about me is that I love animals and nature! I think it will always remain important to strike a balance between technology and nature, in this modern world. I also love learning about space and keeping up with the fascinating discoveries from new studies!

About Me

I am a senior science/texas/dallas">Computer Science major at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and have been on the honour roll for 4 years in a row! I am passionate about using technology as a tool to achieve higher learning.

Experience

As a first-generation college student, I’ve been part of a vibrant community of others like me who have had limited resources to help them succeed in college. Working alongside these peers in study groups has given me the unique perspective of overcoming challenges together, and despite those obstacles, I have maintained a high GPA. I know firsthand the importance of perseverance, collaboration, and staying motivated through difficult circumstances.

Approach

I believe that everyone learns differently, and it’s important to consider individual learning styles—whether auditory, kinesthetic, visual, or a combination of methods. Practice makes perfect, so repetition and applying knowledge are key strategies I use with my tutees. I also think understanding the "why" behind concepts is essential, and I focus on making learning engaging and tailored to each person's needs, building confidence through mastery of the material.
