On a personal note, as part of my passion for science and care, I’ve had the opportunity to volunteer at both the NICU and the Mom & Baby ward at our local hospital. It’s been incredibly rewarding to support families during such pivotal moments, and it’s kept me grounded as I work through the demands of my academic career.

I am currently in my third year at San Francisco State University, and I will be graduating this year. I am currently majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology with a Minor in Chemistry, as well as an experienced background in Biochemistry. My post-graduation plans include applications to graduate schools for global health sciences.
