I have 4 kids...ages 24, 21, 19, and 17. I almost have them all out of the house;)

About Me

I live in Memphis, TN. I am the program director of a radiologic technology program. I graduated from Arkansas State University in 2001 with a BS degree in Radiologic Sciences. I have an MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Baker College. I am also an accreditation site visitor with the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Experience

I have been in Radiology Education for 24 years. I have been the program director of a radiologic technology program since 2009.

Approach

My tutoring approach is student-centred, adaptable, and focused on building both competence and confidence. I begin by identifying each student’s learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement. From there, I tailor lessons to meet their individual needs, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps and using real-world examples to make the material more relatable and engaging. I know how daunting and challenging it can be when you are studying for your ARRT boards!
