One passion people quickly learn about me is my love for the backcountry. I seek out time in remote landscapes whenever possible. As an engineer who has worked across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, I’ve learned that curiosity and education can take us anywhere.
About Me
Engineering professor and entrepreneur with four years in Alaska working on clean energy projects. I graduated with engineering/texas/fort-worth">Chemical Engineering, PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara (2020) and engineering/texas/fort-worth">Chemical Engineering, BS from the University of Texas at Austin (2014).
Experience
Experienced in mentoring and instructing college and high school students in math, science, and engineering, helping them build confidence and real-world problem-solving skills.
Approach
As a neurodivergent child, I struggled with education and classroom performance, leading to a diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder in my adult years. I believe with organization and recitation, everyone is capable of learning topics beyond their current limits.
