Fun Facts
I was born and raised in New Mexico. I am an avid sports fan, I love football, basketball, baseball and golf. I actually have four hole in ones in my lifetime and one of them was on a Par 4 which is so rare that I can't even begin to explain.
About Me
I am a licensed Professional Engineer and I design high voltage power lines. I graduated from my high school in New Mexico as the Valedictorian of my class and earned Dean's List honors multiple semesters while attending New Mexico State University.
Experience
While attending New Mexico State University, I held an on-campus tutor role for two years that afforded me the opportunity to have free housing in return for logging in 20 hours of office tutoring time every week. In addition to this, I tutored part time in the Math Learning Center. I have upwards of three years of tutoring experience and enjoy the feeling of helping students to achieve their goals.
Approach
I am a very patient person and have had the opportunity to work with many different students with different personalities and learning styles. I like to challenge the students to break through their comfort zone so they can ultimately prove to themselves that they can master the material. As a first generation college student, I was fortunate enough to have the ability to learn quickly and comprehensively. I think this ability is what helps me to be a great tutor.

Took a class in college and have used AutoCAD in my career. I continue to use AutoCAD on a daily basis.

I took three semesters of calculus in college. I received an A in two of the classes and a B in the other.
