About Me
I am education/texas/dallas">Special Education teacher in RISD. I was born and raised in and around Chicago, Illinois. I moved to Dallas three years ago. I have a 7 month old son, who I love very much!!! He is the best little guy! :)
Experience
I have been teaching in RISD for 3 years, but I have been helping children learn for about 8 years. I have specific, recent experience in all elementary subject areas. I have experience getting 3rd through 6th graders ready for Reading, Math, Science, and/or Writing STAAR. I have also helped students in junior high subject areas and some subjects for students in high school.
Approach
As a education/texas/dallas">Special Education teacher, I believe ALL children and teens have the ability to succeed. It is up to the educators to figure out how each student can reach their full potential. Also, now that I have a son, I look at education in a totally new light. I would want educators/tutors to help my son succeed to the best of his ability and I believe I should give children the quality of education my son deserves.
