Fun Facts
I love music and sports! In my free time, I’m attending live concerts or sporting events. After high school I took a gap year and went to London, it was one the greatest experiences. Someday I hope to go back overseas to live.
About Me
I am a recent college graduate. I have two degrees in interdisciplinary studies and science. I graduated cum laude. I have worked as a manager in a tutoring center for 5 years previously. I love teaching and helping others determine and reach their full potential.
Experience
I worked in a program that allowed us to go to high schools and tutor juniors and seniors on test prep. I then worked as a manager at an after-school tutoring center where we cater to students K-8 in all subjects. After that, I became a center coordinator for a learning center, where I was in charge of managing tutors and setting them up with the right clients that fit everyone's needs. Now I volunteer at the after-school program at a local elementary school and help students with their homework
Approach
I’ve always been a good student in school and even witnessed friends and family struggle in school. So I’ve been tutoring and helping out in any way I can. Feeling like because I understood some of the concepts better than them, it was my responsibility to make sure everyone around me could be successful in their classes even if the concept was something they were not particularly good at.
