I have a passion for MATH. We used to learn math like games and puzzles in my middle school. I have been lucky to have a teacher of math in middle school who had been organizing puzzle competition in his class. Basically it helped in developing skills of mental math.

About Me

I have graduated from one of the premier Institute of India (Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India) in the year 1971 with Electrical Engineering as my major. I enjoy teaching math with a goal that students should go to a good college and lead a better future.

Experience

I am tutoring Math to middle school and high school students for last 8+ years in bay area.The subject includes Algebra l and ll (advanced), Geometry honors Trigonometry, Pre-calculus honors, Calculus (AB & BC). I am also helping students from Gunn High School in Geometry Honors and advance calculus/california/san-jose">Pre Calculus.

Approach

I works friendly with children to make math simple and easy to them. I have no problems if I have to repeat with the students of special need. I encourage students to understand the concepts with me and then attempt the problems on their own.Most of the students are scared of word problems. I encourage them to attempt the word problems after the understanding the concepts.
