Fun Facts

One thing people can say about me is that I enjoy running and going to the gym. Running provides me with a moment in life to escape reality, and the gym allows me to relax. I am the middle child of two terrific brothers. Also I have a beautiful family that consists of my wife and two kids. My goal in life is to learn how swim!!!

About Me

I graduated from The University of Chattanooga. I furthered my education at Union University were I earned my master and education specialist degrees. At the present time I work at Dr. W. H. Brewster Elementary. I teach fourth grade. I am also a memphis">tutor at my school. My goal in life is to open my own school.

I have been memphis">tutoring since the eighth grade. In junior high I tutored at Bruce Elementary. In High School I tutored for an outreach program that my school was involved in. In college I worked with DCS in Chattanooga, TN as a memphis">tutor for students that was been in state custody. As I entered into my professional career memphis">tutoring was still apart of my life. I’m currently a memphis">tutor at my school and was the site coordinator for the SES memphis">tutoring program.

While in middle school I considered myself the child that was caught in the middle. I say this because I was not smart enough to be ranked with high scholars in my class and too smart for the low group which left me in a gray/middle area. This all changed when my third grade teacher Mrs. Smith devoted her spare time to memphis">tutor me in my troubled areas. Her help motivated me to push myself. As a memphis">tutor and teacher I strive to help my students to become self motivated and realize they have the potential to be excel and rank in the top of the class. I like to think each child has the ability to reach their maximum potential if a path is designed according to their individual needs. The format should be created by the child and memphis">tutor.
