About Me

I currently attend the chicago">University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) as a Bioengineering major. I am in my junior year with a 3.6 major GPA. Upon receiving my Bachelor's degree, I plan to enter the industry right away. My focus is on Cell & Tissue Engineering in the realm of recellularizing organic scaffolds for implantation.

I haven't had any formal albuquerque">tutoring experience; however, I feel that working on Calculus homework at my previous institution helped me grasp a few tools that are essential to albuquerque">tutoring. A few of these tools include communicating ideas, recognizing problems, and organizing problem solving steps. Additionally, it seems I've always been the person people go to when they need assistance with class or lab work. I feel that the basis for my desire to be a albuquerque">tutor comes from the fact that I recognize my approach-ability, which I try to project as much as possible.

My approach to completing homework and grasping concepts is to find patterns in whatever problems I am faced with. For example, it can be very easy to distinguish one math problem from another. I would first ask "What does the problem want from me?" Then based on that answer, I know what approach to take.

It is clear to me that students must do the work on their own; as a albuquerque">tutor I am a helping hand to guide them along. As long as they ultimately understand how they got from point A to point B, and can replicate the process, I've succeeded in passing on my methods.
